Different story all together if a travel company advertises, displays and sells trips to a 4 star ocean side resort and then you get there and are driven up to a 2 star run down motel with a dirty pool....get your lawyer and sue THAT'S FRAUD ! And people with "half a brain" have it figured out because this is old news and seen it a 100 times before. You get the Big Mac or Sub same ingredients just not stacked as neatly as the picture. If they advertise Big Macs and sell you stale hotdogs ...get your lawyer THAT'S FRAUD, misrepresentation, false advertising

Kinda hoping you would know, because I'm not on any dating sites,(can't imagine why) just more a question out if curiosity than anything. I do wonder if there has been someone who has had the time and energy to sue a dating site as it would surely straighten the shady ones out. But like in previous posts, it'll be in the fine print or a disclaimer that no one bothers to read
