Congrats Girl. I know how it feels to hit rock bottom. I know the feeling of trying and trying to find a solution to a problem, only to have everything you try further lead you down a path you hate. Change is hard....But you found something that worked for you, and it is amazing to see someone pull themselves through the struggle that we call life.

Chin up because YOU LOOK AMAZING!
Shyla
Thanks so much for your kind words Shyla. It is always nice to see girls give other girls words of encouragement or pay compliments.
Awesome. You slayed a whack o weight. Not easy to do. Looking fantastic. Way to hang in there. xoxo
Thanks! Even now with me being almost at my goal it is at times still hard to stay focused and on track. I have noticed that when I do find myself slip up it is a healthy option though so doesn't really effect anything. It surely is a lifestyle change and one I will continue even after I am done phasing out from this diet.
Just thought I would give everyone a little update. I have been steadily losing about 3-5 pounds each week since I last posted. Yesterday marked the day that I am officially 100 pounds lighter than I was in 2011!!! I have 3-4 more weeks to go on phase 1 then I start phasing out.
What an especially fine job you've done Candyland. Keep it up now.
You must have been very dedicated to maintain the effort required to accomplish such a significant change. How long has this plan taken to achieve such a fantastic result?

Thanks so much Toban! Between 2010 - 2013 I lost 20 or so pounds from working out and eating healthy. Once you get to a certain point it makes it that much harder to drop the weight. So from January 2014 to now I lost about 80 pounds on the diet. It really is a life long change I am going to have to make in order to maintain it. Clearly I can have a cheat day here or there when I am done phasing out. Once in awhile doesnt hurt but when youre eating take out or crappy food on the regular thats when it becomes an issue.
