It must be brutal for a TS or any trans person to find well paying employment. I just think of the companies I have worked for in my career and if any time a trans person was hired there would have been laughter, ridicule, scorn, etc and they probably would not have been hired.

To an extent what you are saying here is reasonable. But I would add that society is changing for sure. The younger crowd nowadays is more open sexually. I see the girls today are more open to their boyfriends being bisexual in an actual sense. Attraction to t-girls is for the most part understood by the younger generation as attraction to femininity.
