  • Cancellations

I'm curious as to what peoples opinions are when it comes to cancellations. I understand this is an issue working girls have to deal with all too often. However, is it not fair to assume things really do come up and a cancellation can't be avoided.
I had to cancel today and unfortunately, it was answered with a number of threatening voicemails and some rather rude text messages. I gave an hour notice and that's the best I could do given the circumstance.
    Any thoughts?

    hmm..

If you make it passed my screening process which isn't that hard for a legitimate client then you'll be able to book an appointment..

When someone cancels on me, which is rare, I don't have an issue with it generally.. I keep notes tho.. and the next time you book it will come up in conversation..

Depending upon the circumstance of the cancellation, if it was last minute I'll likely put you on the deposit list where you'll have to put down a deposit to book a session. If you cancel with reasonable notice and I feel you are sincere then I'll probably give you another chance.. Anyone who cancels twice must prepay with a credit card plus a $150 penalty.. anyone who tries to use a fraudulent/stolen CC gets reported to authorities immediately..

In your circumstance I would consider choosing a provider better.. I always talk to a prospective client on the phone.. a voice connection tells you a lot about a person.. if you were indeed cordial and sincere and this person wigged out on you like that then once can only assume that the person you were about to see is emotionally unstable for some reason..

Don't book by text.. book by voice and get a feel for the person before you make the appointment..

I had to cancel 1 time...

I had booked a 1 hour session with tall Adrianna Fae and if I remember correctly...Maldita. Two beautiful, lovely young ladies!

It was winter in Edmonton...temp was -31. Some jackass crashed into my rear end causing some serious damage to my car.

After the police business and all that stuff I got into my car to get warm, checked my phone for the first time, a text from Adrianna asking where I was, if I was coming. I was already about 1 hour late for my appointment. She said they had turned down an appointment waiting for me and it's a lot of money. I called her profusely apologizing and explained my situation.

Adrianna, such a nice and sweet girl, was happy that I wasn't injured, said it was OK, told me to take care...I never got to meet them...

My chiropractor and dentist try to pull this crap on me.
If you miss an appointment they charge you for it next time when come.

Then i showed up one at both places and the chiropractor and dentist were both not available.
I however was never offered any compensation for the reverse situation, which happens.
Both lost my business, if you can charge me then i should get a free session when they don't show.

It is one thing to chronically cancel or not show, however most cases don't warrant a fee or any other kind of punishment.

There is lots of Chiropractors, Dentists and escorts in the market for anyone to act like this.
Especially if you have proven to be a loyal customer.

I No pay any cancellation penalties!

My dentist has never billed me on a cancellation, thankfully. Same for an escort...I would definitely move on to another provider rather than pay cancellation fees.

Well.. if a client books twice.. and cancels twice.. there's something not right..

But since I'm sooo nice I still extend an opportunity to them to see me.. instead of just blacklisting them..

They just need to prepay.. or in some cases put down a deposit to book a session..

also as I mentioned I generally let it slide the first time..

If you're a no show.. with no call to cancel.. you're on the prepay list immediately..

For duo sessions I always require a deposit.. even from regulars..

It's not my loss if someone doesn't get to see me..

Lol...I'd have no problem to prepay as I've very punctual and seldom in my life have missed or been late on an appointment...any kind of an appointment. No problem if you requested I pay up front or make a deposit, trusting in my own reliability. It's the $150 penalty I'm questioning.

Yes Alexis...if it were me, I would consider it to be my loss.

Prepayments can be problematic when things go awry!

Over a year ago I made an appointment to visit a newish young lady and as I arose on that morning to catch my early flight to Toronto I became very ill. I called her and cancelled the app’t. for later that afternoon. She was not happy and told me testily that if I wished to see her again I would have to send her a 50% deposit beforehand. OK, fine, no problem!.

Just lately I decided to get that app't. set up again, dutifully sent her an electronic deposit, got to Toronto, checked in, then shortly got word of a problem back home which required me to leave Toronto asap and thus causing me to miss that already half paid for app’t. BUMMER! $150 gone South!

Now, as if that was not bad enough, on the first flight I had used credit from a previous flight cancellation (Porter‘s fault this time) which was then forfeited too, so in total I was out close to $350 in those lost Porter credits plus the $150 which the girl has now.

yes hun, because I know you ?My opinion , if a girl already been with a client before , it's okay to cancel with notice, but no client has right to cancel on a girl when they have booked appointment , making girls wait for hours and he still doesn't show up ; also doesn't even get bother to say SORRY, If the client play the bad guy, girl has right to do any thing, even I am a really calm person and pro, I can understand girls situation as well ; client should be responsible as much she is

                        Be sure!!

Sure, there are probably situations where legitimate clients have to cancel at the last moment for a variety of reasons which are too numerous to mention. My best guess would be that in the unique world of t-girl escorts, the main reason for canceling would be " cold feet ". I'll be honest, I damn near turned away my first time, but my stubbornness wouldn't let me (thank God). Must be the German and Irish in me. Since then, I have never cancelled, nor will I ever intend to. I shudder to think of how many guys pull the pin at the last moment, especially with t-girl escorts as the amount is probably staggering. I have always planned my encounters far in advance (at least a week) and spin the rest of the world around to the best of my ability to avoid situations that could result in a cancellation. Spur of the moment would never work for me as I am so crazy busy in my life that it would never work, thus end up becoming another cancellation which isn't fair to the girls who have prepped and possibly turned away other clients. When one lives their life one to three months in advance, it's really my only option and so far it has worked out pretty well.

                          Imo . . .

Cancellations aren't beneficial for either party involved as it inconveniences the escort, and potentially sullies the reputation of the client. Having said that, cancellations do happen for legitimate reasons . . . sometimes, but I would guess, based on what I have heard in passing, that the majority of the time, it happens for reasons other than that.

I am continually amazed how the ladies in Toronto and elsewhere tolerate this, without pulling their hair out. If a general rule is to be applied, I agree that once, is an occurrence, twice is a coincidence, three times and maybe that client should be regarded as questionable. It must be frustrating for a lady to get all dolled up, and all that it entails, only to be told at the last minute, that it was for nothing.

We will never have a situation where late/cancellation fees apply as it cannot be enforced. Perhaps this is why some individuals focus on building a 'regular' client base, where a rapport or relationship is formed and increased reliability results.
The pain in so many asses.

                              You've obviously never met me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just kidding of course. I've been cancelled on, or the phone not being answered after driving to the area. Emylee was one who did it to me twice in Montreal. I'd never dream of calling her again.

Unfortunately I have also had to cancel. Some of my appointments are made based on a certain persons schedule. If her schedule changes, then mine does too. Luckily, it was a regular and she was extremely understanding. Thanks Lola.

I totally agree with those cancellation fees should work both ways. I know it can't work in this business. I even take it to another level for doctors etc. If I have a 10:00 AM appointment and I'm still sitting in a waiting room at 10:30, they should pay me. Unfortunately our "system" sucks and they do whatever they want. You get what you pay for, and they seem to think we aren't the ones paying.
