To answer the question, I think a big shit is all that's needed. enemas are ok sparingly, even water based ones aren't good every time.

A small shower end/hose inside the rectum would clear any shit up there, and just inside the sigmoid colon, but not deep inside the colon/lower intestine. It' also good to know your bowel movements. There may be some shit left in their even if you don't feel to go, but if you go (say) twice per day, then you know the clear periods you can get fucked in. Seems like a science, but in a way it is. Shit and sex don't mix.

          Do Not Try This!

This approach to cleansing the bottom before sex play is completely inappropriate, ineffective, and in fact can be dangerous to your health. The O.P. apparently is unaware of his own bodily functions and probably has some messy sex to boot since he only depends upon that “little douche“ to end the process.

          Ineffective:
The suggested flushing of the colon by such an ingestion of this water/salt solution would be immediately foiled by the O.P.’s own body‘s functions. The content of water in the body's cells is a very highly regulated and automatic process. As the stomach contents move through the 26 feet of our digestive tract any water in excess of the body’s needs and requirements is gradually removed (particularly by the large intestine which is designed specifically for this purpose) and into the blood stream and then on to the kidneys for eventual storage by the bladder.

It definitely does NOT move on into the colon or rectum as suggested in this approach.

          Dangerous:
The ingestion of those two Tbsps of salt will both tax the kidneys and add to bodily retention of water in the cells resulting in swelling in the body itself, feet, ankles etc. and possibly an increased Blood Pressure as well, which is something many folks work hard at trying to control by limiting their salt intake.

BTW: Sea salt contains the salts of everything that has flowed into all the oceans of this world since the beginnings of time!

I would like to expand just slightly for those who are led to believe that sea salt is a safe alrenative to table salt.

It is not! It's simply a gimmick to sell more salt. With sea salt there are several enzymes removed that are essential to the human body. The actual sodium content, the bad stuff, sodium (somewhat bad as we need some sodium also) is still the same as table salt. So now people continue to use "more" sea salt in the belief that it is healthier. Just like diet products where we eat two "diet" candy bars for example verses one regular candy bar.

People are always coming up with some gimmick or fad claiming to be "natural", which is the main claim to sea salt, which comes from the sea (go figure) while table salt is mined.

              An example of gimmickery is:

Question: why has Kentucky Fried Chicken changed it's name to KFC?

Answer: the "Fried" part of the name is associated with fat and being unhealthy.

The easy way out without changing the food: we now have KFC!

Sea salt as an alternative to regular table salt is simply a gimmick to sell more salt. With sea salt several minerals and enzymes are removed so the "healthy" claim can be made. Some of these minerals and enzymes are important to the human body...yes...we need "some" salt to maintain a healthy diet and body. However, the bad stuff, sodium, remains virtually the same.

So, now we have people using more sea salt in our foods because they believe it's healthier alternative to table salt. Sea salt is actually worse because the "healthy" minerals has been removed from sea salt.

Below is an excerpt from the American Health Assn:

How does the amount of sodium in sea salt compare to table salt?

In a survey conducted by the American Heart Association, 61 percent of respondents incorrectly agreed that sea salt is a low-sodium alternative to table salt. Table salt and most sea salts contain about 40 percent sodium by weight. Kosher salt and some sea salts may have larger crystal sizes than table salt, so they may have less sodium by volume (e.g., by teaspoon or tablespoon). A teaspoon of table salt has about 2,300 mg of sodium, but a teaspoon of sea salt or kosher salt may have less sodium because fewer crystals fit into the spoon.

Some varieties of sea salt may claim to have less sodium than table salt. You can check the Nutrition Facts label to compare how a given sea salt compares to table salt, which has about 575 mg sodium per ? teaspoon.

“It’s very important for people to be aware that sea salt often has as much sodium as table salt,” said Rachel K. Johnson, Ph.D., R.D., an American Heart Association spokeswoman and the Bickford Professor of Nutrition at the University of Vermont.

“One of the keys to maintaining a heart-healthy diet is to control your sodium intake,” she said. “If you’re consuming more sea salt than you otherwise would because you think it has less sodium, then you may be placing yourself at higher risk of developing high blood pressure, which raises your risk of heart disease.”

So there we have it. Whether injested with our food or up yer bumm, too much salt is not Good for you! I would NEVER perform a salt douche or cleanse for any purpose whatsoever.

Thanks Muggs for the additional info that you?ve just posted here.

I get a big kick out of some cooking show hosts and authors, whether on-line or in print form, when they promote the use of ?Freshly Cracked Sea Salt?.

Foolishly they then show themselves adding a twist of it to the other ingredients when all that?s needed is to toss it straight into the pot where it will dissolve within seconds.

Spices do certainly need to be ground to release more and better flavours but even Sea Salt many thousands of years old can gain nothing whatsoever from grinding(cracking) since it's chemical composition remains unchanged whether it is rock sized chunks or finely ground powder!

It works. Like it or not, by the time the last bit of saltwater has passed through you, it comes out clear. It is evident that Toban has not attempted the cleanse yet still attempts to come off as an expert on the subject. I won't pretend to understand the science behind it, though if anyone is interested, simply Google "master cleanse" and you can find out more about it.

In medical research the whole idea of cleanse is debatable as in its safety and necessity no matter what method or materials used.

For sexual purposes I still prefer my methods of cleanse as it still allows the body to do its own job.

It's probably not good enough for a busy escort though.

While doing a Google Search I found that any Scientific reviews of this regime tend to be overwhelmingly negative.

May I suggest using Google to search for “Reviews of MasterCleanse Diet” where you will see that it is considered medically to be a fad diet with serious side effects and avoidance is recommended, therefore is without any support from the scientific or medical communities.

Here are a few of Master Cleanse reviews authored by Medical doctors:

Okay. It seems that my procedure has stirred things up somewhat. I just want to say that I don't think sea salt is superior to table salt. The person who first introduced me to the salt water flush recommended I use it. I also don't recommend, nor have I tried the Master Cleanse. In the end it's really not even the point. I simply was responding to a thread asking how people get themselves ready for anal. Saltwater flush. It so happens I use salt water, and it so happens that the salt water flush is a part of the "Master Cleans" and with that, information on how to do the flush, as well as expected results.
                        That is all.
