4th Annual Thailand Trip October 22 - November 20 2016

The time has come again for the annual Thailand Ladyboy Trip October 22 - November 18 2016, in conjunction with our sister forum.

Well the dates are these for me:
Bangkok Oct 22-30
Pattaya Oct 31- Nov 10 (volleyball Nov 5)
Phuket Nov 11 - 16 (Tentative)
Back to Bangkok Nov 17-end.


Every year the trip is planned around the Ladyboy Water Volleyball tournament in Pattaya, Thailand.
I will be held Saturday November 5, 2016 at the Areca Lodge Hotel.

No where will you see more ladyboys in one place at one time, and they are mostly in swim wear!

They also raise over 1 million Thai Baht for charity.
There is parties around Bangkok and Pattaya leading up to the event and some are really fun.

Everyone is welcome to join hotels are cheap and plentiful in Thailand so all you have to do is get there.
You do not have to come on these exact dates but try to plan your trip in this window including the Volleyball if you can.
I always buy a number of tickets for the event in advance because it always sells out.
If enough come from the forums we may organize a party or event, so far it has been a small group.

Last year we also went to Phuket Thailand for a few days to check out the island life also.

You would miss the Volleyball on November 5 unfortunately, getting closer to that would be ideal.
I probably won't arrive as early as the 20th but probably more like the 25th myself, I was just trying to provide a window surrounding the event.
Plus it always works well with the Remembrance day holiday.

Yes you can look for flights yourself and hotel.
Most likely that part of the trip would be in Bangkok as we don't usually head to Pattaya until the parties start there for volleyball.
Which will probably be around November 1. There should be a couple of parties in Bangkok before that.

Usually I don't book until within 3 months because there seems to be better deals than booking way out.
If you search within a few months of now you can see better price I think.
For Bangkok search in the "Sukhumvit" area.
I'll be choosing something and there is usually lots in the same places or nearby.

For recommendations on hotels and stuff best read on the ladyboy forums as I have posted most of my knowledge there.

Thanks for the info Crag. I checked out the agoda and ladyboy forums websites and found them helpful. Nice 4 and 5 * hotels in the sukhimut (sp) area.

Yes hotels in Thailand are a great deal, i never stay in less than a 4 star if I can help it.

I'll post up all the exact dates for the parties and where we will be on the trip as soon as I find out.
Then I will confirm my dates and the general dates. I usually don't book much until closer.
I was just throwing out these dates for general vacation planning.

If you want to come earlier it is cool, you would just miss the volleyballl.

There is not really any place that is close to all the bars in Pattaya since they are spread all over.
There is many many hotels there and lots are ladyboy friendly.

It is the best site for booking in Thailand.

I have not purchase my flight or hotel yet as the prices get better as it gets a little closer.
Unless you happen to see a really good seat sale to Bangkok, then grab it.

Hotels are plentiful and cheap but they get cheaper a little closer to the date like within 3 months.
I will post here where I am deciding to stay at some point.

OK the dates are set for all the parties and events surrounding the Ladyboy Volleyball 2016.

I also have word this may be the last Tournament as the organizer is retiring, so don't miss out.
Too bad as I was hoping we could organize a Canadian Team some day.

• 29th Oct –Check In Bar, Bangkok
• 30th Oct – Temptations/Cockatoo though not fielding a team are having a fund raiser
• 31st Oct- Travel/Rest day – Halloween.
• 1st Nov – Kings Bar – Soi 8, Pattaya
• 2nd Nov – TJ’s Music Bar joint with the Pink Panthers – Soi 18, Naklua
• 3rd Nov – Katoeys are Us – Soi Diamond, Pattaya
• 4th Nov – Rest day – Detox
• 5th Nov – LBWVB at Areca Lodge

So based on the confirmed dates this is the trip schedule.
After Pattaya we may go to Phuket again but that part is not confirmed.
It is easy to get flights and hotels in any of these places, Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket.
It just all depends what is going on and how everyone feels.

Miss Queen Interntional 2016

Also during this week in Pattaya is the Miss International Queen Pageant, which is like the Miss Universe for Ladyboys X 10.
This is another reason that this is a great time to be in Pattaya for ladyboys.

If you like these sort of shows it usually is on the Friday night before the Volleyball.
They don't have their date up yet on their website.

Oh and I just realized that the 2106 Loy Kratong celebration is on November 14 this year.
This is the tradtional Thai Fesitval of lights.
