when I talked to my friends who went trough SRS. they said that they feel pleasure and able to reach orgasm it's just feels different. One of my friend just hated her genitals and question about orgasm was not on her list of concerns. She just wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible. Many girls, on different forums and FB groups, even stated that their orgasm is better after srs but they agreed that it might be because now they really comfortable with themselves. Again if surgery went ok; there are still high chances it will go wrong.

And that is why you are not TS.

You should really think before opening your mouth. You have been on this board long enough to know better. You think a TS cares about something so pity as a 2 second orgasm?

She was born the wrong gender you porn loving clown.

Here is a little heads up, you wouldnt pass the pysch evaluation. The second they realized what you are (and trust me with answers like that they will) they would send you packing.

Why? Because only a man would judge his happiness based on if he comes or not. A trans wants to be a woman and that is what makes her happy.

Ha, ha, ha, ha. Sorry but orgasm is my # 1 priority. Its just the greatest ectasy of climatic lust imaginable, thats all(thats all??). IF I wanted to become female, which i sure can, i sure would hope 1000's who had the surgery would leave details as to how often they reach orgasm(per day, week or month) after the surgery compared to before, and how long it takes to achieve it, etc. If lets say 60% reported they had orgasm 10 times a week before surgery but it was reduced to once or twice a week, i would say, no way in hell i would get that done.

You wish. BIG DIFFERENCE between putting on Mommy's panties and getting clearance for SRS.

You obviously have no idea how hurtful your words are. You think a transition is easy? None of it is easy. Not making the decision, not getting medical help, not surgery, trying to find a decent job and not the way people look at you. You spit on it only caring about sexual release. I know tons of men like you. Their goals for transition end when they cum. So do us a favour, save you ignorant porn babble for the less serious threads and let the adults speak.

i didnt mean it that way. i only meant >>FOR THOSE<< who are concerned about what the difference will be after surgery compared to before the surgery, that statistics SHOULD BE revealed and provided amongst lets say the greater number of patients the better as to how often they are able to reach orgasm per day, week or month after they completely healed compared to before surgery....Where can i buy a t-shirt that says Porn Addicted Clown, i like it.

You are going to have to trust me....transwomen do not care about something as insignificant as an orgasm.

Moreover, if women lie and fake their orgasms why wouldnt a trans woman?

This is an interesting comment and I would like to follow up on this...

Orgasms are part of sex for all human beings, we love having them. Vaginal orgasms or ejaculating with penises. Tia Phoenix has been posting since her vaginal surgery about the sexual experiences and has made comment about enjoying her orgasms. You also recently made a post about loving a fleshlight, which would indicate you also enjoy orgasms. If you use a fleshlight for non-orgasmic reasons I would be interested in hearing how that is beneficial.

Also, having met many trans escorts, I know several who do enjoy having orgasms during their sessions. I also have heard from more than one that they are unsure about SRS because they don't want to lose the feeling that goes through the body from an orgasm. An orgasm is far more than the expelling of fluids.. it is a feeling and reaction throughout the body. Of course, people like TIa are verifying that the orgasms do not go away at all after SRS and that will help some concerns with trans women concerned about that.

So, why are you saying transwomen (penis or vagina) find an orgasm to be insignificant? I can understand it not being the most important thing when making decisions about transition; however, to say "transwomen do not care" seems worthy of hearing more in light of the posts on this very forum and my private discussions and experiences with many people.

In advance of your response, I want to be clear these are not intended to be hurtful questions or probing. I am looking to hear and understand your reactions in this thread and your beliefs about orgasms.

In porn and real life, its quite easy for females to fake an orgasm, they can even fake being aroused or not being aroused like while sitting on a beach in a swimsuit or sitting in a dress with pantyhose moving leg side to side(mmm, mm, perfume and fem cum scent) and most on lookers won't even know she just came(the real big O),(although i would notice, her face can't fool), but with trans women, yes they can fake an orgasm but its quite easy to notice if they faked it since no semen would be ejaculated, and its even easier to notice if shes faking arousal because there would be no erection but everyone would sure notice if she was trying to fake not being aroused because you'll see it within panty or dress.(although yes, shemales can be aroused and even cum without an erection...that sounds hot, wheres such porn).

Not hurtful at all. Intelligent and honest is more like it.

If you ask a trans woman which is more important her transition or her orgasm, her transition comes first. We all have priorities in life and I can assure you that when a trans woman has made the decision for that step, she may ask a doctor about it prior (having a orgasm) but it will rarely influence her decision.

I can cum a multitude of ways including anal. I have a client that has had his prostate removed and I can still make him cum. Pretty much all are more satisfying than coming via the penis. When you are juiced up on cilais and Viagra sometimes the flesh light is needed to relieve pressure....especially in my case as very few people can handle me going all out.

Though sexual function, orgasm , and enjoyment are important to a satisfying sex life I doubt
any trans woman would hesitate on SRS on the chance that "might" be diminished or change from
their male genital orgasms. Of course it changes and the change is welcome for anyone who embraces womanhood. I have orgasms and I have them more frequently than I could achieve orgasms with male genitalia. They are more short blasts of pleasure rather than the prolonged throbbing ejaculating ones.

Of course every trans woman's experience and sensations will vary after SRS, but if you go to a reputable surgeon I think the majority will be satisfied with the results. And I agree with Shyla that anyone who thinks the frequency or intensity of orgasms is the prime concern of a trans woman considering SRS is looking through Porn goggles not an understanding of a trans woman or man.

No surgeon can guarantee orgasms, they can talk past history and percentages but not know for any one individual.
As said, often the orgasm is not the primary concern with one considering SRS but may be of some concern.
Certainly you do not want to have little or no sex drive and if sex was always unsatisfying and possibly painful then that would not be desirable.

As long as the tissue is healthy and there is not too much scar tissue they can usually maintain the feeling, especially as surgery gets more advanced. However those with a small penis can result in not having enough material to form a vagina large enough to be functional. They often they have to use other parts of the body that don't heal as well with the genital skin. Obviously if there is more material to work with the results are likely to be better and more functional.

I've met many post ops in Thailand and elsewhere and most are happy.
Unfortunately many ladyboys in Thailand that had surgery long ago do not have much feeling as surgery was not good back then. They still are happy as they did not like their male genitals. Still many live at home and are unable to maintain a relationship due to the lack of sexual desire. They will still be attracted to men but maybe not enjoy physical relations much.

Hormone therapy is very important too but years ago there was not good understanding or use of hormones. This also has improved over time with effective medicine and knowledge. In first world countries like Canada the SRS process involves proper screening and follow up. In other countries some may never talk to anyone about their psychology and possibly make rash decisions in this way. Also there is nothing making them follow proper medical regimes or support like Canada.
I have seen many ladyboys in Thailand getting surgery with no follow up and no hormone therapy. To live a normal life hormone therapy is required. A TS still cannot make their own estrogen and after SRS produce almost no testosterone anymore. Estrogen is important to maintain female characteristics and other reasons. Every person needs some testosterone for sex drive and healing. This leads to a lack of sex drive and depression etc.

That being said many post ops can achieve good orgasms. Others can only orgasm with additional anal stimulation as often that is how they were used to cumming before. Still it all varies by person, but as i say, if they have proper medical care most times they end up with a healthy functioning pussy.

The other reason many worry about the orgasm etc. is that they don't want to lose their boyfriend or not be able to get one. It's not just the orgasm but often a boyfriend may say he is ok with them getting a pussy, then later leave because they don't' like it after all. The whole thing might be too much of a change for him. I wouldn't rate the whole SRS process as a huge turn on for a boyfriend. It may bring them emotionally closer but that is not always enough for a man.

So orgasm is a concern but not usually the main issue with SRS.
