Any drugs/Methods that help you climax faster?

I tried viagra. All I had to do was think of getting a hard on, and all three inches were at full salute.
But still took a long time to get off.

Tried Yohimbine, just made me jittery and less sexually active.

Normally I just enjoy anal, but...

I know 99% of guys have the opposite problem. What about us 1%?

Well there is always the prostate massage but if you are wanting an orgasm and to cum at the same time, this is not the solution.
Many find they can cum faster with a fuller bladder too.

Sometimes if you take just a little bit of viagra, it can make u more sensitive without making it harder to cum.

Most recreational drugs make it harder to cum and often harder to get a hard on.

Ecstasy will often make it harder to cum or get hard while your on it but,
you can usually cum very easily and often in the days after a dose.

Ginseng and other herbal viagra type products can sometimes help.
    Try enzyte maybe.

Try smoking a joint. If you get horny you will cum quick and the orgasm will be very nice.

Weed is scientifically proven to slightly increase the ability to gain an erection, so it may help to cum perhaps.

        My studies are inconclusive.

            Weed does three things:
            make me horny
            Make me hungry
            Make me complacent

But its harder to get off when I am on a drug.

Viagra (Sildenafil citrate) is just a vasodilative that predominantly effects the penis. Doesen't help you climax. I know SSRI's (Zoloft,Prozac) are a main contributer, but even before I took them I had this problem.

Part of the reason I discovered the inside of the prostate...

Herbal supplements? Many are real drugs, some just ground up, well, who knows what.

I don't know the pharmacology of "Enzyte", but from the commercials:
Enzyte makes you smile while you play golf, then your 1950's era trophy wife brings you iced tea.

I do like ice tea, but I dont need to take a pill to have some one hand it to me.

There are two issue here, delayed or absent orgasm and delayed or absent ejaculation. They are often confused but are not the same. Anorgasmia is less well studied than delayed ejaculation.

There are two primary reasons for delayed or absent ejaculation...physical & psychological. In cases of physical dysfunction (benign prostatic hypertrophy, vas deferens occlusion, retrograde ejaculation, adverse drug reaction, etc.) therapy aimed at the primary condition tend to help. For example people with delayed ejaculation due to SSRI use generally see a return of normal ejaculation following halting the drug therapy...unfortunately they may have a relapse of the disorder (ie depression) for which the SSRI was prescribed.

Psychological issues can range from stress to mental disorders. In non-pathological cases (such as stress related conditions) strategies to cope with the underlying problems are important, such as relaxation, meditation, focus, etc. In pathological cases you should consult your physician (preferably a psychiatirist).

Pharmacological approaches to speeding up climax are extremely varied as there are currently no randomized trial assessing this. However, a recent study by Corona et al ( Journal of Sexual Medicine, 2008 (Apr 9)) reported that testosterone plays a role in alleviating delayed ejaculation.

This is physiological, ever since my firt time at age 12 I had a hard time.

Guess I'm lucky? I just enjoy it, as the climax drains all the desire. I have low test. levels. I don't know.

Oh well. I have a back ground in medicine and can't figure out my own body.

                Meh

I have seen a few psychiatrists, and a few doctors, checked everything from my thyroid to my train of thought. Also consulted with my colleagues, none of us can come up with a reasonable explanation.

Even being able to full fill my most appealing sexual activities/desires, still leads to the same result.

As a med student and having many friends in the field, we can't figure it out.

score some testosterone and oxytocin...time for a prospective case study. Talk to an OBGYN resident they can probably hook you up with a bit of ptocin...

Thats an interesting little(actually quite large as far as molecules go) chemical. I don't know what that would do to a male brain. Those are tricky chemicals to mess around with.

As an aside this is an example of when you have to realize that you are genetically a male when considering using this drug as a therapy, I'm am not one to throw it into the mix.

Anyone else want to try taking it and see what happens?
