Yes I live in the US now. It all depends on what State you live in and the supply. If supply runs short my 2nd shot may be delayed but my appointment is already scheduled.

My State has opened it up for everyone over 18 last week. The whole thing was surprisingly efficient. I book online with the CDC VAMS Website. A date was available that day but I waited for Saturday. I arrived and vaccinated in 5 to 10 minutes. I had to wait 15 minutes to see if there was a reaction to the vaccine and then went home.

My family in Toronto tell me people line up overnight at pop up vaccination clinics. That is crazy.

Yeah, we were collectively mocking the shit show in America; yet here we are and Canada is more of a shit show and not much of an end in sight. A friend of mine is contemplating going to Texas for a while to live like a normal human again (he used to live there so plenty of friends), as we are still under this long dreary " dont you dare see anyone you dont live with" mantra. That takes its toll on people. I know its taken its toll on me and I am about done with it too.

justvisiting2016 I totally get it....its insane! I think many errors where made by the gov as far as vaccination but also we are always overly cautious here .....so who knows....I lived in the states for many years and as soon as this will lift as far as air travel I will do like I used to do a few years ago .....couples months here and couple months in Europe

That will be a great plan! Get that vax passport I can't wait to travel again relatively freely.

Well I got my vaccines and just got my new passport for ten years .So lets see what happens in the near future.
