i was reading to day that "THE EXPERTS" are now saying that eating 5-6 small meals a day is no more advantageous than eating 3 meals a day. So there goes another theory out the window. Trouble is it takes so long to figure this shit out you get 5 years of advice from every health mag etc telling you to eat 6 small meals a day and they give you a dozen seemingly credible reasons why this works citing everything from our evolution to our evolvong biological functions. And now i guess 3 meals a day is just fone maybe two......at least until the next group of "EXPERTS" comes along and tells you what works the best and why.
