Well it's too late but I guess if everyone else agreed you could get in.
I did send an email out extending it about a week ago, however I do not know how many got it.

I will be emailing you a link and password to view the pool.
I had to change the pool a bit after I entered the players.
I did not include your backup players since this wouldn't work, I only entered your starting line up.
You can trade players in and out of your team and replace them with any other player that you do not have on your team.
I now increased your number of trades to '10'.
Do not use them frivilously since once you use them all your team is frozen. Trading a player out then bringing them back in is 2 trades.
You can send your trades to me.
I have updated the rules on the first post.
when you trade a player the other player you pick up must be the same amount of points or less with sundays being the weekly deadline, point totals come out every tuesday in the toronto sun.im assuming those are the rules otherwise at the end of the season every team witll have the exact same players.
I can't see why it matters how many points they have when you pick them up, because you only get points from the day they join your team - you don't get points retroactively, so it shouldn't matter.
Also, we only have 10 trades, so it would be impossible for us to match our lineups exactly.

ive been in 100s of hockey pools and thats the way its done period
Technically, any player you pick up will have a "0" score - that's why you don't have any of Miller's previous points, because he wasn't on your team when he accumulated his wins. Regardless, I've been in plenty of pools before, and Yahoo (the #1 fantasy pool provider in the world) certainly doesn't do it that way.
Clearly, we both know our hockey, and it'll probably come down to us by the end of the year. So, how about a friendly wager to make things interesting?
If you finish ahead of me, I'll come down to Brantford, and we'll go out somewhere to watch a playoff game after the season ends. I'll even pick up the tab.
If I finish ahead of you, you travel to Toronto, we go for drinks at a sports bar downtown, and you pay the tab.
What do you think? Care to put your money where your mouth is?

LOL
I'm thinking that there is still plenty of time in the season and I've been in 100's of pools as well. Things can happen.
Ahh....what say we don't wait till end of season and I just take us all out for drinks??
On a side note I took a gamble on someone I picked up . I'm willing to trade him for a big fat penny. Chara is useless. Always starts off slow. I should've known.

No when you trade out a player, you stop getting points from that player from the date of the trade out. Then you start getting points from the new player on the date he is added to your team.
The method you describe is probably used where they are not using a computer to figure it all out.
You no longer have a reserved injury list, but you can pick any player that is not on your team.
It was too hard to do it any other way with this website we are using.
For this pool I post the changes on the day you send them to me.
If I am late I can still back date the transaction.
The reason I only allowed 10 trades is so your first picks are still important.
If you trade in a player it may make sense to pick someone you will keep for the long haul, to save yourself some trades for later on.
We can see how this works and tweak it next season!
