Simple question. Should we bring back some surveillance to the forums? When I first joined we had mods but they then became no more. With other websites their are " monitoring police" as some would call it.
True admin has inducted a point system but with all that goes on not only in here in the chat section but with the reviews, travel directory and all other locations of the site and the thousands upon thousands of daily posts let alone all of the members it just seems next to impossible to keep track of everything.
I tend to state "say what you want but if you're going to talk smack about myself or anyone else back it up with cold hard facts, something CONCRETE"
Not something along the lines of " He / she is ugly. I'd slap them in the face." or " He / she is poor. I wouldn't give them the time of day."
That's NOT an argument or even a retort. Yeah sure, name calling is only part of human nature and can be taken in stride TO A POINT but to go on and on and on and just adding fuel to the fire whatever the problem is makes whoever is involved look downright ignorant and stupid.
Now don't think that I haven't thought along the lines of "if we restrict what we say and do than we lose our freedoms" among other points. Believe me, dealing with objectivity is a struggle.
This is just a suggestion.
There is no "maybe" option on this poll. This time around I'd rather have something cut and dry if that's possible with this subject.
