wow this thing went sour fast. everyone on this forum has equal say. some diplomatic. some not so. i find that this forum has become somewhat of an extended family to me and in every familty there will be quarrels. it is best not to keep things bottled up and let it all hang out, something i learned very recently.

we in the forum share our feelings, experiences and everything. it is one way we learn. our children learn from our experiences and life. and we are no different.

not all of our experiences are good ones and we post crap intended to hurt at the moment. another thing i learned is to sit back and read a post or email before you hit the submit or send button. this slight pause may make you realise you are making a mistake.

the experience of transitioning is as varied and individual as we all are so different yet alike. not a bed of roses, it gives life its spice. some spices are a little too hot but some like it hot. you all know where i am going with this.

freedom has always been a key issue with me. i dont want governments or anyone telling me what i have to do or not do. inform me and i will make my choice. i am an adult. i may not act like one at times but try.

we are all friends here folks. live and let live. life is too short to fuck around with.

Actually the issue is even deeper than that.
However, I'm not going to go and discuss this issue further
I do not want to create more hatred in this small community.

The bottom line is:
nobody will win with this kind of fight.
Those who fight will hurt themselves.
In most cases, one will hurt or create damage to herself more, simply because the other one is usually more thoughtful, wise, and smart.

in larger scale, it will make all newbies affraid of going to see any tgirl escort in Toronto. They might think twice or hold back for some time before going to see any particular tgirl.

We will benefit a lot.
O my..i'm still too exhausted to explain it, but at least i can point some of the benefits:

1. The moderators will edit (or if necessary) delete some posts or sentences or even few words, thus creating more harmony, clarity, and essence to every thread.
Not to mention that it will also create a certain characteristic and style for this forum, thus creating stronger image and "brand name".

Well, i know, not everybody is happy with censorship, me neither in general...but the bigger the forums is, the more complexity and issue it may get, so at certain point, censorship is really necessary.

2. By having this strong/stylist image, this forums will attract certain readers. Here is the key..what kind of readers this forums will attract?
It all depends from the moderators you choose, the strategy(ies) you will take, and yourself, Admin.

I personally, want to attract, a high end professionals/white collars.
TER for instance, targets this audience.

3. I'm still too lazy right now..maybe i will continue later on if u guys interested...

Do not get involved too much.
Gosh....it's very easy to say that..but it's very difficult to keep my positive spirit at all time..especially with those primitive comments.

Totally disagree. Those who are members here have it within themselves to see to it if they wish to be responsible or not, be creative or not or to incorporate a style That's what makes every one of us unique. To have mods "clean up"would take away from that person's identity to a degree.

Don't get me wrong, of course, each member will still have their own style, creativity and freedom.

However, when somebody post a thread about "A", the thread should remain "A", not becoming "B" or even worse "Z"...if you know what i mean.

So by editing some "intrusion and disturbance" the origin of the thread and its essence remains intact.

there are more benefits we could get by having the right moderators..but let see how this thread goes first...

im still going to say that freedom is an issue that needs to be thought about.

our fathers fought in ww2 to preserve our freedom from those that would take it away.

maybe we could see what would happen to the forum with some temp mods working but i dont see how anyone can not be biased in some wau and make mistakes. its just not in us as humans to do so.

perhaps admin could find a way that we could delete our own posts or threads and we could self censor.

i want my freedom and i want to be an adult that can make my own mind up on an issue. inform me i do have an education.

if censorship does take place then perhaps the spice of the forum would be gone and then it would possibly morph into another boring place.

Without being thoughtful, wise and tolerant:
One person's particular freedom of speech on this forum, (without being thought and/or written carefully), can create a hell/drama/stress for another person.

We always have to understand that our freedom may impede others.
Unless, all members have equal understanding and logic, it is impossible to exercise it fully without being thoughtful.
Therefore, unfortunately, a little editing here and there is very necessary, knowing that members of this forum come from a different background as well as have a different perspective, understanding, level of education, and intelligence.

Ok, i have more energy to point out point no.3:

A good moderator, not only, can maintain clarity, harmony, and essence of every thread, he/she can also:
1. do some observation to know which type of threads create more traffics for this forum, thus can create a thread that most members would like to read.
Barbie, for instance, has proven popular by writing her stories.
Her stories really create more traffict for this forums.

the number of minutes people stay on this forum is much longer since a month ago (this is most probably because of Barbie's stories).

And in general..it has a steady increase since i start posting my comments after coming back from my vacation he..he...

2. Gain knowledge and expertise of what kind of thread that can be a favourite thread.
Knowing certain things like this, the mods and admin can create more anticipation for certain girls to tell their personal stories
(like Tasha's story for instance, i find it very positive and beneficial for all of us)
