but it will be very beneficial if we choose the right ones

If you will honestly, stop and think about it Lisa, you will remember that in your early years on this Forum it was me, Toban, who tried to help you. So these days, you repay that help I offered you with a big fat Fuck You Toban.

When the former Admin (Victoria) banned you Lisa, who was it but me, Toban, who tried to work with you, to help you so you would not get banned again. I tried so many times in countless PM?s, to explain to you how best to post, and urged you to clean up your potty mouth, but you could not learn then. Well, admittedly you did change for a bit back then, but each time you cleaned up your act, you?d soon revert to making those crappy comments again, often hurtful comments that you think are so smart.

Quite naturally, when that would happen again, Admin would ban you again, and then again. You could not, or would not, learn. You still haven?t learned! It looks as if you're on the road to another ban, this time by the new Admin it seems.

P.S. There were many more Mods than the two+ that you mention.

I have to 100% agree with you about having a female mod.

Admin you have done a wonderful job but you do have a life and this seems like a full time job!

But to be fair & honest, I have enjoyed reading some of the mud baths these bitches have been playing in the last little while. Although again, Admin your right, it is the same shit over and over again so it gets old and has no meat left in it. We all know how much you guys like meat! God I miss Toronto...lol

I am also not judging because I have been there myself and have had some real fun with some of the public fighting I was a part of. But sitting back and watching it all go down, you see that in the end it is not worth it. This is not to say I will not jump in that pool of shit again...but I might not go as far as I once went and I might think about how it makes me look in the end! If you sleep with fleas......

I just wish that one of them, please for god sakes get a word pad and write it out & please do a spell/grammar check before posting your ramblings of a mad white pumped up shedoll for all of us to have to try to understand! As for Toban, why he gets dragged into this is beyond me. Toban is a voice of reason, I may not always agree with his thoughts/posts. But, what I do know is that he NEVER has said one bad word about anyone. I also can say that it really shows his true nature as a person. I say this because he has forgiven and moved on when most people would not have been able to, this is after being very publicly attacked on this board by one member.

Upon reading the progression of this thread I am so disappointed. I didn't think it would've come to this with people opening up sore wounds and give insults too each other.

Truth be told if anyone was going to be an effective moderator it would be someone who isn't part of this website at all. A person who has no bias or prejudgment of anyone here.

Furthermore I would not make mods hold the title for long. In fact I would have them retain the position for a month or 2 then switch them up with someone else for a while and based on their approaches and performances to whatever happens then decide who should keep on as a mod.

No. I can't see anyone, myself included , be a mod. We've all got either a little or a lot of like / dislike towards others here that it would fail.

I have to agree with Admin that the fights happen so quick it is hard to stop them. In some ways it is better for some of the girls to work out there angry out in words rather then there fist. Because some of these girls would have no problem using there fist.

But also maybe a mod to clean up the board. Like maybe make different sections, like a self promote section where the girls can spam themselves silly. Maybe give them there very own thread and have rules that no other girls can post in that tread or they will get a point.

The point thing is a good idea but maybe it should be used more or inforced more.

Also, has anyone else noticed all the spam that is now showing up on the board? That is a pain in the ass to go though almost a whole page of spam to get to real topics. I am not talking about the youtube videos, the rest of them.

Hope this type of post from me is more what you were looking for Rants.
