What's the protocol these days. Arrive for the session with all your plumbing clear and clean or does the provider assist you like douching and more? Personally, I could use some help, literally.

Painful how?
As in they get you painfully full, or the solution is not mild enough.
Fleet is a good kit. I've never had an issue.
If you are regular and wouldn't ever need an enema, then all you need to do is douche with tap water. Up to 2 liters, although that generally isn't necessary. Your rectum is about 4 to 6 inches long so that really is the focus of the cleansing. Keep doing that until the fluid expelled more or less clear. Do this a few hours before and make sure you've emptied your bowel before douching.

With anal play it doesn't matter how regular I am there is always some stool present. The real "effective" solution I have found is those God awful colonoscopy drinking solutions. Otherwise, I have to do it about 5+ times as not much liquid gets inside the plumbing before things get reasonably clean. The process takes about an hour or more. Watching anal/enema porn they make it look so simple and easy but they always have someone assisting.Comment
