Greek/anal preparation for the session?

What's the protocol these days. Arrive for the session with all your plumbing clear and clean or does the provider assist you like douching and more? Personally, I could use some help, literally.

If you are regular and wouldn't ever need an enema, then all you need to do is douche with tap water. Up to 2 liters, although that generally isn't necessary. Your rectum is about 4 to 6 inches long so that really is the focus of the cleansing. Keep doing that until the fluid expelled more or less clear. Do this a few hours before and make sure you've emptied your bowel before douching.

Cramped locations in terms of bathroom ie.shower.

Can't do it without lube unless you're really tough. Lube on the nozzle, lube on your hole.

I see what you mean by cramped. There's a couple of things you can try that helps. You can do it while sitting on the toilet, of the water level on yours is low enough. This makes it really easy, or sitting on the edge of the tub. Makes everything easy with no issues with space. Some people are just more flexible than others, and some have longer arms than others, so if you get creative, it's a non issue.
