I really don't have much to say this week. It was good to see Canada win Gold in hockey. Glad we did well and set the record for winning the most gold medals by a host country at the Winter Olympics. Other than that I again would like to express my sincere thanks for being given the chance as a moderator. I stress though, I am not going to change and just keep doing what I do. For those following the calendar if you recall i got a video in the works featuring the girls of Canada. I had 2 minutes of footage and now have 4. This video will be like what I presented last year but with more noticeable differences. The song in the piece I've got going lasts 7 minutes so prepare yourself . Hopefully it will be done soon. March is here and with that I'll be heading to Toronto. Its been so crazy dull and uneventful here I have to get away and see what the city is like around Saint Paddy's Day.

Hey all. I felt that I should post this picture up again as I'm not quite sure how many people saw it. It was originally put up in late December of 2009 very near when the year ended. This is I guess the final look of 2009.

This photo is rather large so I stress if you want to see the full image click on it a few times and/or open it in a new tab if you can.

What you see doesn't necessarily mean either that if one girl was already "Woman of the Month" that they will not be represented again in 2010 . It could very well be that it may happen. With 2 months into the year I've been jotting down some new ideas as to how this project can expand. The whole "making this printed" idea is still something I'm contemplating but with all that has happened in the past I'm unsure of its certainty.

The new stuff I've got in mind could very well bring about more expansion to other mediums. With that though all I can state is we will see how things on my end pan out over the coming weeks. I'll be sure too keep everyone informed about any changes that could occur. Promise .... and if you know me I always make good on promises.

Gotta love Sue's pic. Beautiful side lighting. Love how the skin tone subtly changes from lighter to darker and a great idea to not show much of the pool or the background, all eyes focus directly to Sue. Yasmina. Nice tease. Shadow isn't too dominant. Great shine on the hair. Meow's photo. Wow. Instant favorite. Definitely one of my top 10 faves. Hah. In fact, I don't consider this her best. Her best photo is in my public photo album. This shot truly embodies the spirit of pin up. You'll just have to go with me on this. She's flaunting her leg, she brilliantly covers her chest and if that expression doesn't send a chill down your spine nothing will.

Movie: Alien A close encounter of the third kind becomes a Jaws-style nightmare when an alien invades a spacecraft in this sci-fi horror classic. A must see for the true movie viewer.

CD: The Doors Original Motion Picture Soundtrack This album offers a great selection of the bands legendary rock hits and paints a vivid picture of them.

Still working on that women of Canada video. It's all a matter of making time for it but also making certain to avoid any mistakes in the process. Don't want a rush job as also I don't want to have any gaps where you see instances of black space and the like. Funny thing is I did manage to complete another video .... it's just a music thing nothing more.... but I'll present it along with the women of Canada project when I can get that done.
Hopefully just a few weeks more.

As for the "Woman of the Week" I had hoped to have its still possibly a go. Still need to talk to the lady about it.

There is an idea I will be posting up in the days to come. I call it the "redux". Basically it will be an alternate calendar to what you see here. It might not make mush sense now but as I post up the idea in the very near future and hopefully it will all make sense.

Ah yes.....soon I'll be in Toronto and with that perhaps I'll get involved in a scrap...who knows....who cares. Nothing surprises me anymore when going there except perhaps the amount of people who DON'T know how to drive. Literally. I don't mean it as that there are reckless drivers as there are tonnes of those types....no no no..I mean there is a large populous of people who just don't know how to drive at all. Never been behind the wheel period.

Sonya. Ahhh gotta love that pose idea in the shower. Pose is good. Unbelievably well centered too. Crystal's pic is genius. That shiny water effect on her makes it unbelievably hard to look away. The vivid color on her hair just adds more delight. I won't comment on Isabeli's photo. I already said what i wanted too..

Redux: Of a topic, redone, restored, brought back, or revisited

What's the idea? Well. As those following the calendar know I feature a woman of the month. In essence the "spark" photos you see are the "pages" I guess you could say to the calendar however to spice things up a bit I thought for each lady who is woman of the month I will take one photo of theirs, do some manipulation of it and make another page to what has been displayed already. Meaning, you will have the traditional "spark" shot and then something completely different in style in comparison displayed as well. This begins immediately. As Beya and Paris have been chosen for the respective months already it's only right and logical they get their "alternate" photo shown.

I will also see to it that the "redux" photo works in regards to color, environment, style...etc etc...
