Tia
I cant understand why ,there is no reason any one should lose points or get a warning for anything you wrote
it was just the timing of the comment
no more ,no less
the fact is she got docked points because she could have started another bitch fest and had every oppotunitty to erase it and didnt if you have a problem with that too bad
thank you for correcting your answer to me, and for deleting private confidential information sent you as a private message
you did the right thing , but it certainly shows my lack of good judgment sharing my first transgender session experience with you.
and for the record ,I have no problem at all with Tia , what I can see and hear ,a class act a true professional lady ,Maybe our paths will cross one day
she went out of her way to try and right a bad session truly a classy act ,which I have not forgot
as for your reason, as a mod, suggesting a warning, that works for me
it was a judgement call and thats why your there

Ok..ok, Sunshine and Duke...Thanks for being wise.
I had docked points due to "spammed advertising" according to Lisa..LOL...that's ok. At least, her explanation makes sense.
Ok...ok...it's my fault....but, again this is an open forum, every explanation could be interpreted differently.
I misunderstood Lucy's comment for few minutes, but then I realized there was certain honestly in it.
So yes for Lucy and everybody, sorry for the fourth time by being insensitive.ha..ha..i'm generous for saying sorry...I'm asian you know....
it's Friday.....let's fuck LOL...

1) Your generous for saying sorry? - Lucy for once was very sincere and honest, then you attack her and give a half apology. This is unfair.
2) Asians don't apologize? - What a sweeping and hasty generalization.
NB: I will probably get a warning and a point deduction for this post.
Duke,
Subsections 2(1) and (2) state that if a taxpayer is resident at any time in the year, the taxpayer is taxable on worldwide taxable income (Part I Division B net income minus Division C deductions).
However, they would have to report their "true" income first.
Interesting, the deeming rules in s. 250(1) of the Act are rarely applicable; however, if applicable they will deem a non-resident to be a resident of Canada. For example, sojourning, i.e., visiting/living in Canada for 183 days or more in a year, being a member of the Canadian armed forces, etc.
