I just feel an ugly duckling. And I think that i need a face surgery to look more feminine.

Anyways I did edit a picture of me of what i did want to look like. I will put an original picture beside to see the difference.

Cranial-feminization surgery with just a touch of eyeball lipo. And thats it. Thats all you need. And maybe an eyelash reduction if you want to get crazy.

Don't get started with surgeries (implants are fine), very bad habit. Trust me, it becomes a habit as your strive for perfection. Perfection never happens though.

Frankly I find this thread rather sad.

Sad that you are not happy with the stunning good looks you were given.

Your after pic is cartoonish. The lips look unnatural and distorted. Same with the cheeks.

You are one of the most stunningly natural looking girls ever to come along, I only hope you realize this before you go under the knife.

I'm not against plastic surgery when it will improve a physical flaw but to tamper with something that is already beautiful is a sad sign of the times we live in.
