Really humm well I think you have an amazing natural soft fem face surgery is just not necessary I can understand the desire to want to look even more feminine but you already look feminine so it is not necessary. You have wonderfully shaped lips good proportion and full I would not mess with those. Your facial shape works with your features it. Having done photography in my past I am picky with facial features to say the least and from what I see yours are quite wonderful.

I just feel an ugly duckling. And I think that i need a face surgery to look more feminine.

Anyways I did edit a picture of me of what i did want to look like. I will put an original picture beside to see the difference.

Please don't get any facial surgery Aiko, you are really beautiful the way you are. You are extremely passable too! I have seen so many trans girls get hooked on surgery and they usually end up much worse off than when they started. And I think that if you get the work done that you are talking about you will look less passable, more trans than woman whereas right now you look more woman than trans!

PS - were you at Tangos about 2 weeks ago on I think a Tuesday? Never seen you before in person so wasn't sure and if it was you or not. If it was you, you were with a guy so I didn't want to bother you!

Please don't go down that road Aiko. You are extraordinarily feminine just as you are, inside as well as out I suspect. If you are unhappy with aspects of your appearance focus on your make up skills instead. But I think you're perfect as you are. And whenever self doubt sets in - just read the threads about you in this forum - seems everyone is just crazy in love with you!

I hear almost everyone in here telling not to get any surgery on her face. But the fact of the matter is that she is seeing something different. This is partially why I don't exactly understand why she is asking you guys what she should get done. I'm assuming its more for opinion... So going along with that I'm going to say get your nose job and thats it. Honestly... You're a beautiful girl. I always thought so.. But I can definitely relate.

Most of the time tgirls are tired of seeing the same face that they grew up with. Certain features not many people are going to notice are going to remind her of her "boy face". At least thats what happens to me. And that is my only reason for wanting to also go through with some form of gFF surgery.

Aiko , darling . Just do your nose. Your lips are perfect the way they are ... even your nose is... and people even tell me that about my nose .. but still , I'm going to get it done. The point (for me anyway) is that I want a more feminine nose. Less is truly more! ... So I think if you just do the nose then you'll look more like a natural woman as you already do but if you do the lips with the nose PLUS the cheeks then you might look like a tranny chipmunk, A bit animated. But nothing is wrong with that as some girls like that look.. but the question is are you doing this to make your self happy and satisfied or are you just trying to pass in society? I think passing is more irrelevant than we think.

However I really hope you are happy and satisfied with your results after your decision has been made!!

Well Aiko, for someone to give advice to another person on a topic so highly personal as this is fraught with peril.

But since you have asked the question, I have just viewed your before and after pics and I have to agree with the majority here. In my very humble opinion, I feel that the with projected lip changes you will have destroyed your fine appearance. I would call that a degradation rather than an enhancement. Your lips are already superior to most others! Natural Cupid's Bows!

As Miyoko says though, if you really insist you must do something facially, limit that work to include only the nose thinning.

Her original objective was to look more feminine. She didn't say she wanted to look like every other pornstar in the biz.

If the goal is look like a pornstar then I would agree, get the lips, cheeks and a massive set of "DD" implants and you're good to go.

OMG your good with photoshop girl hehe i this the noose and the cheeks are a very good idea if you also do the lips i will do it just little bit less then what you did on the picture .... but all that will not make you more femininin ... i think you already look very feminine the surgery will change you from the your girl next door .... to a woman pornstar

Im glad you understand how i feel. I know some people say its fine dont do surgery. However, I am doing this for me, so when i lfook at myself the mirror i would see a more feminine me. I think you and paris are right. I should not overdo it with surgery.

I am asking for advice and opinions on what i should get done on my
face, just so i wont look too extreme.
