WHAT SHOULD I GET DONE WHEN i GET a FACE SURGERY?

You look like the perfect girl as is, although everyone would always look better with a smaller "kiddie" type of nose. I notice the most prettiest of girls always have those small kiddie noses, they always look cuter that way but so are you as is.

Mirrors can be scary places! They also don't always tell you the truth. That's why sometimes people have to punch mirrors.

I have to agree with the majority in that the face you present to the world is awesome as it is, but your proposed nose surgery seems like it would cause the least offense to your very photogenic features.

I hear almost everyone in here telling not to get any surgery on her face. But the fact of the matter is that she is seeing something different. This is partially why I don't exactly understand why she is asking you guys what she should get done. I'm assuming its more for opinion... So going along with that I'm going to say get your nose job and thats it. Honestly... You're a beautiful girl. I always thought so.. But I can definitely relate.

Most of the time tgirls are tired of seeing the same face that they grew up with. Certain features not many people are going to notice are going to remind her of her "boy face". At least thats what happens to me. And that is my only reason for wanting to also go through with some form of gFF surgery.

Aiko , darling . Just do your nose. Your lips are perfect the way they are ... even your nose is... and people even tell me that about my nose .. but still , I'm going to get it done. The point (for me anyway) is that I want a more feminine nose. Less is truly more! ... So I think if you just do the nose then you'll look more like a natural woman as you already do but if you do the lips with the nose PLUS the cheeks then you might look like a tranny chipmunk, A bit animated. But nothing is wrong with that as some girls like that look.. but the question is are you doing this to make your self happy and satisfied or are you just trying to pass in society? I think passing is more irrelevant than we think.

However I really hope you are happy and satisfied with your results after your decision has been made!!

Well said...but keep in mind, Michael Jackson originally just did his nose and looked great, then he kept going until he went way too far...if your going to just tweak your nose I get it, but if your going to reconstruct your head etc, I would seriously think about it.

Watch the episode of the Hills when Heidi Montag goes home to show her mom her new surgery, it's quite sad, and the constant pain she complained about...

The tendency seems to be to try too much change rather than subtle ones, and a natural look is lost. Probably the lack of enthusiasm you're getting is partly because of how many botched jobs we see out there, along with the belief by many of us that you already look great. Also, looks get done which start to look freakish as age comes on. That lip look would just look bizarre on you at 45 years old, and then the botch jobs start coming in to try and fix stuff which was broken with previous surgeries. I've never met you but going by the pictures, if you feel you need to change do half as much nose job as you have in the after picture, and please stay away from the lip job.

I personally love the way you look Aiko.....but then, I'm not you! You do what makes you happy....but don't go all "Kimber James" on us. She got so much surgery she lost the very look that made her so popular in the first place. Like most people are saying..."less is more"

I would just make a list of things YOU want to do and stick to that list. I would just do your nose and boobs, you look great already. Surgeries are addictive, I've had so many things done in the last year, things put in then taken out then put back in lol. Make a list and stick to it.
