Well maybe that is way there is so many requirements for HRT and then SRS. HRT is not so bad as you really just need clearance from your Psych. SRS is a little more complicated, as you need letters from 2 health care professionals that you have been under their care.

I would agree that Confused is the proper term. But I think that some of the blocks that have been put in place, are there to avoid this issue (ie letters from doctors and clearance). More dangerous then going back and forth is the next option. Suicide. However if they are claiming something and not following through with treatment of any kind, it is hard to take them seriously.
