    Hello everyone.
    I've been deppressed lately because i gain like 5 to 10 lbs. I am trying to loose this wegith for quite sometime but just couldnt. i know for some its not that much but its really getting into me and i feel like im undesirable.

    I really want to be super skinny. Sort of like an anorexic look.
    I know for a fact that guys like that look, so thats what im striving for.

    Well the point of this rant is that, is there anyone here that knows a trick or two on how to loose weight quickly and keep it off. I want to loose at least 20 to 30 lbs. my current weight is between 130 - 135 lbs.

    I inquired about gastric bypass and a lapband but im not qualified because they said im not obese enough..

    Anyways, i hope you guys can help me. And please dont tell me not to do it, i need support or advice on how to loose weight not criticism. Thanks

    Well this is just non-sense.
    The anorexic look is disgusting, you know how you get that look? By being anorexic.
    Which aside from being completely unattractive, is also extremely unhealthy.
    And the fact that you're not already 95 pounds is a good thing, it means you don't have an eating disorder.
    You have a perfectly normal weight for your height. Which is what guys like, not bone racks.

    If you want to lose 5 or 10 pounds, sure, why not, eat a little healthier, hit the gym a little more often,
    but to want to lose 25% of your body weight, and to actually consider a surgery reserved exclusively for the
    morbidly obese is lunacy!

    You're very hot, be happy with yourself
    and if you're really that worried, okay order the salad instead of the fries, but thats it.

    and I shoud add that no one on here is going to give you advice on how to dangerously emaciate yourself.

      1 - Change all the Liquids you drink to water. Water has zero cal.

      2- Increase your protein intake. Fat and Carbs are stored as Fat. Protein is stored as Muscle. A pound of Muscle is smaller then a pound of fat, therefore you look slimmer without really losing weight. Be careful with the amount of protein as it can cause your liver to harden.

      3- Cardio, Cardio, Cardio. If you lower your food intake (diet) you will not have the energy to work out.

      4-If you want to do this in a healthy way, get a dietitian and a personal trainer to help you decide the best foods to eat and the proper workout plan for you.

        Alll I have to say, is be happy with yourself, just remeber that 1000 people won't like you and 1000 with love you and they way you look, you can't change that it's in human nature. I know that I don't like super skinny girls, they don't look healty - Just my 2 cents

          Not sure if you're still using female hormones, but that could be causing you to retain liquids.
          A balanced diet and plenty of exercise are the only healthy ways to lose weight.
          Distorted body image is a very real and potentially dangerous situation.
          Whatever you do, don't try diet pills or any other "quick fix" method.
          Google anorexia and see what can happen.
          I know you don't want to hear it, but I think you're gorgeous just the way you are.
          Those of us who have been lucky enough to meet you care very much about your well being.

            Guys do not like the anorexic look..

            What they like is a girl with small and defined muscles with just a little bit of cushion and some booty..

            If you go on a weight loss binge you'll loose it from your ass, boobs and thighs first..

            What you need to do is work out more..

            If you're having issues get a personal trainer to help you get toned and into shape..

            If you turn yourself into a bone rack you'll have serious issues if you ever get really sick..

            Be healthy, strong and lean..

                If you're trying to combat the feeling of hunger, add a teaspoon of hot sauce to your glasses of water.

                As has been said before: drink only water.

                Only eat food cooked from scratch -- keep your diet veggie heavy with only a little bit of carbs. Protein is good but avoid anything fried.

                But as others have said if you feel you need to lose weight, you're already in a dangerous range. Get a dietitian and work with a trainer to do it healthily. Remember if you have no fat on your body you will have no ass or tits.

                  Totally agree with all the comments that guys DO NOT like the skinny skinny look. While there might be some who do, they are far and few between. Personally I would rather be with a girl that has a few extra lbs than a girl who is too skinny. 5-15 extra lbs on a hot ass is a total TURN ON.

                    Got to go with Sector7 on this one plus you need to work on whatever issues you have that are fueling your desire to look anorexic. That is not a healthy mindset.

                      Call me, I was the queen of that back in the day. And I'm not meaing use substance to eliminate weight. It's a example and a option, but really who would be stupid enough to make that mistake. Oh wait.. me.

                      I went from 130 to 95 pounds in Grade 10 I know that doesn't seem healthy but it was fine until I got obsessed with keeping up with it and getting smaller and smaller. Anerexia is not cute, I would not recommend.

                        Hi Kiyana ... I've seen recent pics of you and believe me you have nothing to worry about. You are absolutely perfect the way you are, and you are one of the most beautiful women on the forums.

                        But if you feel you need to lose a few extra pounds, I've lost 12 in the past month:

                        - Drink ONLY water, (no pop, coffee or alcoholic beverages) 8 glasses or more per day. Clear herbal tea with no caffeine or cream is okay too. Most fat is usually just retained water weight that needs to be washed away.

                        - Avoid salt and caffeine, they both retain water in your body.

                        - High protein, low fat diet. Myself, I ate mostly turkey sandwiches on whole wheat bread (toasted, it removes calories from the bread), apples, almonds, peanut butter. If you are very hungry, wait a few minutes after eating to let your body register that there is now food in your stomach so you won't be tempted to eat more.

                        - Exercise ... myself, I do 100 jumping jacks, once in the morning when I get up and 100 more before I go to bed. Gets the heart pumping and the fat moving, and you will feel very energetic & alert afterwards too.

                        Once the unwanted poundage is gone, replace the jumping jacks with sit-ups to get the abs showing.

                              Diet and exercise is the best solution.

                              I had good results with Body For Life a few years back.

                              Also check out http://www.bodyrock.tv/ for some good exercises and workouts. I've found interval training works really well, you don't need a timer, you can just download an app to your cell phone.

                              Since you likely travel a lot I would look into getting some exercise bands, rip cords is a good brand that you can get from Amazon and they are very compact so you can take them everywhere. Also diet wise, going largely vegetarian can be helpful I've found, I still eat meat but not nearly as much as I used to... and as others mentioned no soda, that stuff is the devil!
