___ Pls Help.. I need advice on how to be super skinny ___
And no one, I mean no one, likes anorexic looking women.
Personally, they scare me.
If you feel you must lose weight, then please do it in a healthy way.
The long gradual way is much better than the short-cut here.
Perhaps, due to all of your travelling, you are eating a lot in restaurants, or having take out.
This usually means fatty foods. Sometimes it's not obvious, but often restaurants will cook with extra butter or grease to make their meals tastier. So be especially choosy about which restaurants you go to and what kind of food you bring back to your hotel room.
Also, you could join a gym like Goodlife. They have branches in cities and towns all across the country.
This way you could maintain your fitness regime even while you are on the road.
I always find that when I exercise regularly, it makes me want to eat healthier.
I actually get urges to eat healthy foods rather than junk.
So, please heed the advice of many in this forum and combine healthy diet and regular exercise.
People here do care for you. And are alarmed by your request.

I've been deppressed lately because i gain like 5 to 10 lbs. I am trying to loose this wegith for quite sometime but just couldnt. i know for some its not that much but its really getting into me and i feel like im undesirable.
I really want to be super skinny. Sort of like an anorexic look.
I know for a fact that guys like that look, so thats what im striving for.
Well the point of this rant is that, is there anyone here that knows a trick or two on how to loose weight quickly and keep it off. I want to loose at least 20 to 30 lbs. my current weight is between 130 - 135 lbs.
I inquired about gastric bypass and a lapband but im not qualified because they said im not obese enough..
Anyways, i hope you guys can help me. And please dont tell me not to do it, i need support or advice on how to loose weight not criticism. Thanks

Everyone's come in with diet and exercise so far, yah great..everyone knows its diet and excercise, she wants to lose weight fast, sounds like she's lazy doesn't want to do the work..and since it seems you don't have the genetics to lye around eat what you want and stay thin, you're going to have to work, so you can accept that and get off your ass and start working or just stay where you are and be resentful about it, but realize you're going to have to get up every morning and jump aboard the pain train and do the work the rest of your life to get and maintain the body you want, that also means you're going to have to deny yourself certain things everyday also..and not just eat whatever crap you want when you feel like, and don't bother trying to lose weight fast because you'll only immediately put it back on and more I can guarantee you that.
Before you can even think of changing your body you need to change your mind.
I know all this because I've done it lived it.
PS. You think this sounds harsh you pussies, do you think coaches get athletes into the olympics by babying them for 4 years?! They kick their ass everyday.

I think its more in gen, my father and mother were always in shape and slim.All my relatives as well, we dont have any fat in family , I can eat any thing I still wouldnt be even 130 lbs and I liked it

You made me weigh myself again Kiyana. Before I can give you an honest response.
I haven't been on that scale in a long time.
Before and while I'm taking a break from the scene, I gained several pounds, but, I just ignored it, I told myself; so what!... I still look easy to the eyes
What's a few pounds there and a few pounds here hehehe. But when our family Doctor told me to consider myself officially a diabetic in March this year, with a 7.8 blood sugar (with 12 hrs. fasting) that could put my kidney in trouble, he wanted to put me in medication by taking a low dosage of Metformin ( diabetes medicine that my Mom also take) But I refuse to take it for now, as I know I can reverse it thru diet and exercise, so I made a promise that if I couldn't bring it down then I got no choice. I have been monitoring my blood sugar everyday and without food, it's between 4.6 up to 5.4 the highest. And I drop 25 lbs from 175, I just weigh now 150, I didn't even knew I lost that much already, 'coz, my face is still round hahaha!
The secret: No rice and carbs ( I know we're both asian and asian couldn't live without rice, but, I did it) and nothing must be in your mouth after 6pm (except cock of course, if you feel like it )
Meaning; No food after 6PM period.
I was told by a dietician to replace white rice with brown, or quinoa. But I got rid of rice from my diet altogether. I only eat whole grain bread, you must avoid Pizza at all cost. and because in my case I couldn't eat too much fruit (most are high in sugar) so it's all green vegetables for me. And on drinks, yes it's true 'WATER' the only liquid you must drink, and sorry no alcohol too, no meat, no pasta. Eat fish like; Salmon, tilapia, sardines (rich in omega3), chicken without skin is okay, as well as turkey and of course! lots of exercise. I am doing my Ballroom dancing again and Zumba. But no matter how much weight you'll lose, if your bone structure is big (like mine hehehe) you will never be super skinny, but instead look skeletal.
We've met a couple of times at the club and I know you are on the petite size, so your ideal weight should be around 105-110 lbs. so if you weigh 135lbs then you are a little over on your ideal weight, but! it doesn't mean you're really over weight. I stand 5'7 1/2 and my ideal weight and what I weigh before I gained some flesh or fat, is 135 to 140 lbs, because let's face it, there's a gender aspect in weight measurement, whether we like it or not, the gender we never want to admit we are in, is the factor to follow to get our ideal weight (I'm sure you all follow what I'm trying to say). Men, Women has a different gauge in height and weight measurement. Always remember that there is no healthy fast track weight lose, it should be gradual. be patient, before you know it, you will be in the form that you always wanted to be.
Lastly, I don't think you'll ever look unattractive with just a few weight gain, I have seen you before and I know how gorgeous you are and even if you acquired some meaty aspect to your body, so what! I've seen a lot of attractive fleshy hotties here where all men here wanted to devour in bed if given a chance hahaha. Personally, I would choose a fleshy, meaty and juicy beauty, than a emaciated and waif looking and a gross anorexic beauty. So, forget being super skinny.
Super Skinny is just as bad or even worse than being a Super Fatty!
I am dieting because of my inherited diabetic condition, if not, I don't mind my fleshy body before. But if you really want to shed some meat, follow others, and my advice above. What important is; It must be a healthy plan with a healthy result.

Best remedy to loose weight will be to do tree things. start with eating each day smaller portions of more health food. Try to do at least 3 time a week some kind of exercise (Running,swimming,biking) and plenty of rest.
exercise and good food.That specific diet pill is good for active people and will work well during exercise . DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN ONE A DAY. I lost 20lbs with this.I drink only water limit my carbs and eat salads n protein. good day xo

I read all of your comments and i wanna thank you all for all the good comments. telling me not to go for the anorexic look. I guess i got really depressed for gaining weight.
Now I think i need to hit the gym and exercise and eat good food to loose the lbs in a healthy way.
Im really glad i posted my issues here, because i think i was starting to have an anorexic mind. Before i posted this thread i didnt eat for like 2 days before. Now im back to eating normally but minimal only.

However, now all of that has changed, now im on a track of loosing weight in a healthy way.
