After the last lockout/strike in 05' I promised myself never to step into an NHL arena. This time around, I cancelled my subscription to NHL Gamecenter, TSN, RDS and TV. I am one of those fans that will enjoy hockey without paying for it. I am sick of these millionaires fighting over money I SPEND on them and then they take my hockey away. I watch games from the 70s and 80s...there is no advertising on the boards. I remember being 5 years old watching the Habs play the Flames in the 89' final. Commercials were under 30 seconds, and the game cut away very seldom. There was no such thing as a commercial break and sometimes they needed TV timeouts...the game was pure. Gretzky and Lemieux made 1 Million and they deserved it.

Ownership fucked over the Leaf's for years. As fans we fight and argue for our teams. Yet they forget it's us and our money they make them who THEY are. We are Habs, Leafs, Flames, Sens, Nucks, Jets, and Oiler fans but we are all fans.

Oh the bright side...Your Leafs have the second most Stanley Cups....Too bad you haven't won one in over 40 years. You need a top line center, a second line, a third line, 2/3 of a defense, and a Goalie. The funny thing....Rask (Goalie), Seguin (Center), and Hamilton(Defense) are in Boston.

Please do the rest of the NHL a favor and STOP trading with the Bruins. Meaning that if you guys don't get ripped off in the Loungo trade, DO NOT TRADE FOR TIM THOMAS.

The dumbest part about the lockout....no realignment. I don't know what is so hard about realignment...Let's see...swap Nashville and Winnipeg.

Wanna know what make realignment hard? Dallas and Phoenix....neither team should exist. Quebec City still deserves a team. The Nords were selling out when Aubut moved the team.
