REALITY: You haven't won ANYTHING in over 40 years, you NEVER had a Player score 500 goals for your Team, nor do you have a 1000 point player and the last time a player from your team won the league MVP it was over 70 years ago. It was by far our best game so far. But no, we can't enjoy that, joke about it. I'm only a fan because I live here. Oh, and playing the game for over 40 years helps. I do love the way Habs fans constantly rest on your past achievements rather than present. That is a quality for old people who have given up. Or in this case a devoted fan that has given up on the team in front of them. I guess we would too, if only we could.

At least I can admit when my team plays bad or simply is bad. Too bad Habs fans have to run to, "ya, well back in the day when we were the best team ever". I grew up in Montreal and learned to play hockey there. I hated the Habs then. Nothing personal.
