Well, if you really must inject toxic mercury into your blood which does not protect you at all, as mercury does not protect, you could, at least, buy some Bentonite or Montmorillonite clay and use a plastic spoon to put a teaspoon of clay into a glass of DISTILLED water and let it sit over night. And then, 24 hours later, stir it again with the plastic spoon (or any spoon made from any material other than any kind metal) and drink the clay and the water, to help you get rid of the metal in your system. I even do enemas with that clay water to detoxify myself.
I mix a whole litre of distilled water and 4 oz of clay, let it sit for 24 hours in a glass bottle, stirring it with a plastic chopstick. I heat up the clay water by placing the bottle into a sink of warm water to heat it up and i gauge the temperature with my finger before doing the enema.

That clay should never touch metal, and tap water has traces of metallic atoms, molecules or ions which will deactivate the properties of the chelation clay.

...Here's the story.
I woke up one morning at 6am and i was feeling like there were like 700 pounds on me preventing me from moving, and if i tried to move, even before i moved it would hurt - just the brain telling the limb to move would hurt. It was horrible.
My throat was all tight, breathing hurt. Any sound in the room hurt, any little beam of light hurt. I remember when the sun came up, i had to force myself to endure pain just so i could reach for the window blind a pull it down. My eye balls hurt and the best thing to do was stay in darkness with my eyes closed and stare into my eyelids so my eye balls would not move.
Every muscle in my body, even the smallest ones, felt like it had a cramp.
I lied in bed for the entire day and i tried not to move.
I couldn't even eat, and the idea of getting up and doing any food preparation was overwhelmingly bleak. I wasn't moving! I even took a jar and put it beside the bed so i could just pee into it while lying down.
If i was able to do nothing, and be in the dark in 100% quiet, at least, i could suffer with a slim chance of the least amount of discomfort. That's how bad i felt. I never felt anything like it before. It, literally, knock me off my feet - actually i could not even get out of bed without intense pain. I had to lie down. I had a fever of 104 F, all day.
I couldn't even swallow water without pain.

When i finally woke after drifting in and out of sleep between groans all throughout the day, i thought i would, at least, try to turn on the television with the remote - and that hurt, focusing my eyes on the remote control buttons hurt a lot. Even listening to the tv set to low volume hurt.
Then the news guy came on and started talking about this strange new virus which was immediately termed, Swine Flu. A short while later the public wanted a name change, and the name, H1 N1, was introduced.

It was then that i learned i had this new Swine Flu H1 N1 virus.
They listed the symptoms and i had them all.
I tell you, i never ever felt anything like that before. I was amazed. It was like a real foreign...bug...or something got me.

I knew what to do from that second. I started a full-time homeopathic treatment right away
and when i woke up the next morning, the fever went down.
The second and third days, i was still in bed a lot because my muscles were still hurting but i was getting progressively better, and it became easier to eat and drink.
On the fourth day, i was up, out of bed and feeling much better, and able to function again at about an energy 85% level.
From the fifth day on, i just steadily returned to normal. I was sick in total about ten days, but i really only suffered badly for the first two to three days....

Ever since this virus has made a comeback since 1918, it has people OF ALL AGES (not only the very young and very old) severely suffering for 6 - 8 weeks, unless they die before that.
I have never been vaccinated for any flu, ever, since i am an adult.

It's bad enough i get the Hep A and B vaccinations. I only do that for the sake of the gentlemen who visit me, and you know what?...nobody ever asks to see my test results or vaccination booklet.

...Truthfully, i have learned a lot about health and i "vaccinate" myself, without a hypodermic needle, every day of the week....

...I won't get into it in any details simply because society has been seriously conditioned by the HUGE multi TRILLION dollar per yer drug industry into believing whatever crap they say - and people just believe it without question because some guy in a white jacket says so...

Unfortunately, in today's world, medication and food additives are the primary reason we have so many new illnesses, from food allergies to all the new diseases that I can't even pronounce. When I was a kid, we were rarely prescribed medication unless it was something very serious. Maybe, more so the reason was that it tasted like shit and we didn't want to tell our parents we were sick for the fear that we would have to take that lumpy, chalky crap. We always had a garden and didn't eat a whole lot of processed food because there simply wasn't the selection of these modified foods. Kids are kept in bubbles today and parents are lazy! Nowadays, kids get sick, we run to the doctor, he gives them medication, then we reward them with a trip to some fast food joint because that will help them feel better. Immune systems aren't what they used to be as we have destroyed them with all this shit. Stop running to the doctor every time you have a sniffle, plant a garden and actually eat a fresh carrot with a little dirt on it, and last but not least, get off your ass and move if you want to lose weight and be healthier, and you don't need a gym membership to do that

Forty cases of the H1N1 strain of influenza have been reported in the Eastern Townships, and it may just be the beginning of the flu season.
Experts are predicting the flu will hit its peak in early February, giving the virus plenty of time to spread across Quebec.

Dr. Danielle Auger of the Quebec health ministry said two million doses of the flu vaccine have been distributed in the province so far this year, but the ministry is not yet able to determine how many people in Quebec have actually received their flu shot.
However, in Sherbrooke in the Eastern Townships, more than 13,000 people have received the vaccine — about 4,450 more than last year.

The H1N1 strain that has been circulating since the major outbreak in 2009 is included in the vaccine offered this year, says Health Minister R?jean H?bert.
However, anyone who received the 2009 vaccine that year and has not been vaccinated since no longer has the same degree of protection for H1N1, says Auger.
"It's always a good thing to get revaccinated," says Auger, "also, because the virus changes a little bit [each year.]"
So far this flu season, 15 people — mostly children and young adults — have died in Canada after contracting H1N1.
H?bert is suggesting Quebecers get vaccinated as soon as possible.
"We must renew the call for the population to be vaccinated because it is the best way to prevent H1N1 and other strains. Remember that influenza is a deadly disease. Most people who die of the flu had it before," H?bert says.

H1N1, nicknamed "swine flu," was first discovered in 2009 and spread quickly throughout North America. The virus was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, infecting thousands of Canadians.
The Canadian government ordering 50 million doses of the vaccine, and more than 4.3 million Quebecers, or 57 per cent of the population, were vaccinated against the flu, said former health minister Yves Bolduc.
A recent outbreak of H1N1 in Alberta has killed five people so far, with 960 reported cases of infection. About 270 people have been hospitalized.

Localized: Increased reports of influenza-like illness. Outbreaks in schools, hospitals and/or other types of facilities in less than half the affected region.

Health Canda urges people to get the flu shot. End of story. Reporting that a disease is spreading when a simple shot is available is like reporting that people are thirsty and refuse to drink. The shot is free in most places. If someone gets sick and dies when prevention is available, their own fault. Survival of the fittest. Stupidity and laziness are on the bottom of the food chain.

Flu vaccine best protection against the flu
OTTAWA, Nov. 6, 2012 /CNW/ - Flu season is here again, and the Public Health Agency of Canada is reminding Canadians of the simple and important steps they can take to protect themselves and their loved ones from getting sick.
"The flu is a serious illness, more so than many might realize," said federal Health Minister, Leona Aglukkaq. "That's why it's important that all Canadians over the age of six months take the necessary precautions to protect themselves and those around them by getting the flu shot."
Influenza, or flu, is a respiratory illness that spreads rapidly from person to person. Every year, between 2,000 and 8,000 Canadians die of the flu and its complications, and even more become seriously ill and require hospitalization. Everyone is at risk of catching the flu. For most of us, catching the flu can mean a lot of discomfort. Usual symptoms include headache, chills, a cough, fever, aching muscles, runny nose, sneezing, and throat irritation. Nausea, vomiting and diarrhea might also occur, especially in children.
For some, such as the elderly, children under six years of age, and people with weakened immune systems, the flu can cause severe illness, and even death.
"It's especially important for these high risk individuals and those at close contact with them such as health care workers, household contacts and caregivers, to protect themselves from the flu," said Deputy Chief Public Health Officer, Dr. Gregory Taylor. "The flu shot is safe and effective and offers the best protection against the flu virus for you and your family."
Even if you got the flu shot last year, you should get it again this year as your immunity may have decreased over time. As well, the flu virus changes slightly every year so the vaccine is reformulated to reflect the changes and to ensure protection against the most current viruses circulating in the community.
In addition to getting your flu shot, washing your hands frequently with warm, soapy water, coughing and sneezing in your arm, not your hand, and staying home when you're sick can also help reduce the risk of catching or spreading the flu.
