It's been busy out here, so where was I?

The next night October 30 there is another volleyball party this time a Baby Boom Bar.
Baby Boom is a small ladyboy gogo on a side Soi off Soi Buakhao right across from the Sawasdee hotel.

I had a hard time finding the bar as it is tucked away a bit. As i walked up and down Soi Buakhao I passed Pook Swan Ladyboy bar.

A review of PAI and Bangkok..

Once I'm home and fully recovered I'll be posting a review of PAI and my stay in Bangkok..

While I'm happy with the work that the Dr. did that's where the fun stops..

If you value cleanliness, non contaminated food and water I highly recommend that you get your surgeries in Canada if you can afford it..

My tummy has been very upset for 4 days and I'm starting to get dehydrated which is a very bad thing after surgery..

do not eat anything that hasn't been cooked to death..

The food is disgusting compared to home and this place makes Mexico city look clean..

The real personal dangers in Thailand are far less than in Mexico.
My understanding is the water in Mexico is just as dodgy as Thai.

Well.. It's heat stroke not the food for one.. 38.5C fever, chills, and cramps that double you over for hours for 4 days is a tad more than a tummy ache.. Made for some wild dreams/nightmares..

Feeling better today after yesterday's 6L of water and apple juice with no food till late at night.. then had a very salty bowl of chicken soup.. after soaking in cold water for several hours.. Fever broke this morning thank the gods..

I've been an avid Mexico fan since the 90's.. It's a better vacation choice for me personally cuz I'm not cruising for ladyboys.. 5 hour flight too not 16 hours.. Latin women are also much more to my liking than asians.. I prefer a slightly cooler tropical environment.. I would never get surgery in Mexico tho.. Mexico has a huge periphrial squatter zone which Bangkok does not have, this in itself is dangerous squalor much worse that anything you can find in Thailand. I have been everywhere in Thailand and there is no specifically dangerous places. Laos and Cambodia are the same.

The biggest difference is the people in Thailand are much more respectful unlike latin culture which is very violent.
Men in Mexico have machismo, men in Thailand have respect and face.
Also there is very few Thais in dangerous gangs like those that torment Mexico. In Thailand the establishment in well in control of independant gangs and criminal operations.
