Thanks for that bottomguy and this is why its a BIG deal when someone makes this accusation.
The accusation is that these members are fake that they are made up by the SP or it is a person who was PAID in some manner to make the favourable comments/reviews.
Asking a satisfied customer/client at any business to fill out a customer service/satisfaction survey is NOT a shill. It is letting others know why that customer is satisfied or not with that business, store, SP, etc. Making the person AWARE of where they can submit a review is NOT a shill. When a person makes their first review or fills out their first survey it is NOT for previous customers to critique or to question whether this is a real customer or not. ALL of this join date, previous posts, etc etc is NONSENSE!!
