Our Text messages, unless they are a complete transcript from our provider cannot be used in court. I was informed by my lawyer due to the fact that people can modify and delete text messages the orginal copy is all we can use. The original copy can be obtained from your provider with a subpoena from your lawyer. It's a long process. This is why I am trying to go the email route. Unfortunately, presently I'm hitting a total dead end with emails heading back to googles servers in Cali.

I know. It has to do with presentation of evidence. Screen shots are not admissible, nor is handing over our cell phones. As such, only the transcript from the cellular provider is accepted as evidence in court.

What's the point? In most of the cities there are few who can't compete and the only way to do it is by resorting to such old techniques. This business is tough and if the t-girl is not tough enough sooner or later she will fade away. We deal daily with potential disguised clients who are more dangerous.
