Over the counter douche from the drug store a few hours before the meeting . Might have to do it twice . Doing it a couple hours prior allows you to make sure there is nothing left inside you including dirty douche water . Cuz the first time you take it you'll feel like you have to go to the bathroom . And you can rest easy because there is nothing left inside you . You can then relax and have fun without an icky experience .

You guys do realize that there is a different between a douche and an enema? A douche is like a quick rinse, while an enema is a shower. Still don't get it? You are using a field hockey stick to play ice hockey.

Do not and I repeat do not use enemas! Use a douche bottle from a sex store for anal douching. An enema is meant for completely clearing out your bowels and you will continue to be full of it so to speak which makes for a very embarrassing and unpleasant experience. As well a clean diet as in no garbage food such as lots of carbs etc also helps ALOT!

I do this beore going out and also it is on my possibles purse so I can Freshen Up my big soft 48 inch ass when I get a hook up !
