You know what is getting at me is how the term "real transexual" is now being more commonly used. You know, you may look, talk and smell just like a female have all those surgeries and consultations but that doesn't make you any more "real" than the next person. So what? Say then if somebody is in the beginning stages of transformation and wears wigs and implants and all that and is struggling to come to grips with who they are but truly believes they want to become female makes them a fraud?
