My ex-boyfriend is a high rank executive, graduated his phD in chemistry (Freiburg, Germany) and business degree (Harvard) with summa cum laude.
Aston Martin, one of my friends here from this forums, has a master degree from Columbia.
They are smart and never bore me.

Of course intelligence means nothing when somebody is arrogant and full of himself. Therefore they have to have a good heart/soul too.
One of my fav. clients is actually a farmer (living somewhere near Peterborough) who has a big heart and a great soul. We have so many things in common.

So for me, i have 2 main criteria of my man: smart and good heart. Descent look and at a certain age range (20-35) would be a plus but not a must.
It sounds simple. but it's Not that simple in reality though...

I understand what you mean ! No relationship has everything. There are always little missing areas that can't be met by whom ever one makes a bond with. I think maybe you're correct in treading those waters carefully.
