Judging by how you photo shopped your image it seems you have a clear idea of what you would like done. Personally though when it comes to your face get a nose job you will be surprised how much just that simple procedure can change the look of your face so much. You have very soft features as is so I dont think you will need any aggressive work done. Most importantly do what is ultimately going to make you happy

We have never met in person but you speak kindly in this forum and your pictures show your good looks. You truly are a beauty as you are. Your feminine features are there and stunning. But, I gather you would not be posting this if you did not desire some change. My suggestion would be subtle enhancements of the lovely features you have.

I spend a lot of time drawing, both life scenes and illustrations. What I have learned is that beauty, and feminine beauty most of all, comes most from natural symmetry. Changes to the nose and lips can be an excellent and sexy touch, like adding an accessory to what you wear, but the cheeks can be too abrasive, like changing the cut and shape of the dress (how are these fashion analogies working out for ya). The heart-shaped face is unnatural and lacks the symmetry that is already present on your face.
