They also made history by having come back twice from a 3 - 1 defecit in the playoffs. Other teams who have done this are Edmonton, New York Islanders, Detroit, Vancouver, St. Louis, Minnesota and Pittsburgh.

Ridiculouse series. Actually AWEsome. Shitty because Ovechkin was in my pool.
I have not seen a team (Canadiens) play so well defensively while still applying offensive pressure like that since the '02 Red Wings.
It proves again that young talent (Capitals) is good but it doesn't win championships.
The Leafs should never have let Hal Gill go and that may go for the Penguins when they face him next round.
But what really counts is that Detroit kicked some desert dog ass. Go Red Wings!

Habs did a great job by UPSETTING the Caps...Kudos to them!However, as a Pens fan, I think Sid and the boys are a different match for the Habs.Pens in 6.
